Bruce Willis’ Family Is ‘Soaking Up Every Moment’ With Him: ‘This Could Be His Last Christmas’ Details 👇 👇👇👇

Is the film Die Hard a holiday film? AMC definitely believes so: In December, the theater chain brought back the Bruce Willis action flick — in which his character, NYPD officer John McClane, saves the day after terrorists take hostages at his estranged wife’s office Christmas party — to select theaters 35 years after it debuted and made Bruce a household name. Emma Heming, his second wife, was thrilled to see it: The former model captioned a picture of a marquee promoting the movie with the words, “Tis the season,” on December 6.

Emma and the rest of Bruce’s family, meanwhile, are also experiencing a very sad Christmas. The 68-year-old Emmy winner retired from acting in 2022 after receiving a diagnosis of aphasia, a neurological condition that quickly worsened and resulted in the diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia almost ten months ago. Emma recently talked about the “grief, loss, and immense sadness” that her family has experienced as Bruce’s illness has progressed. His illness is characterized by memory problems, speech and motor impairments, and it’s “hard to know” if he is aware of it. “I have hope, though,” she continued, “that our entire family will find joy in the little things and in getting together to celebrate all that life has to offer.”

As they get ready to get together for Christmas, they’ve never felt that more. An insider exclusively tells In Touch, “This year will be very special for the family.” “And quite sentimental.”

Remaining FirmThe combined Willis family wants to give Bruce the best life possible. His daughters Rumer, 35, Scout, 32, and Tallulah, 29, with ex-wife Demi Moore, 61, plus Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, 9, with Emma, 45, are determined to create more memories. The insider speculates that this might be his final Christmas.

According to the National Institutes of Health, the typical life expectancy for those living with Bruce’s illness is just six to eight years, though some medical sources put it as low as two years. A source claims that although Bruce has both good and terrible days, there have been many more bad days than good ones over the past two months. The entire family has become even closer as a result of this event. They’re making the most of their time with Bruce because nobody knows how long he has left.
